SCENT & MEMORY

SCENT & MEMORY

Have you ever noticed how a familiar scent can instantly bring back a memory?

This personal motion design project explores the fascinating connection between our sense of smell, memory, and emotion. Through abstract shapes, fluid transitions, and playful animation, I wanted to visualize an invisible process: how scent travels through our senses and triggers memories we might have forgotten.

The animation combines visual storytelling with an experimental approach to motion design, transforming a complex neurological process into something simple, engaging, and visually expressive.
